Fellows supervise the weekly Hartford Hospital Hand Clinic and are responsible for all surgical procedures scheduled in this setting. There is a daily surgical conference and weekly formal conference as well as a bi-weekly journal club. Ample time is provided for research activities. The fellowship generates several publications per year.
